Fish ID Help !!!

Had some prawn pots down for bait collecting at the green in Menai Bridge. Brought the pot up and along with the crabs, prawn and blennys was this little fella. I must warn you, it's not the best photo in the world as it was taken on the phone!!!

if sandeel is ruled out
maybe i pipefish hard to tell by the picture

Have been looking into it and i'm 95% sure it's a stickleback.

It's a fifteen spinned stickleback or, as Gaz said - a sea stickleback.
We used to get them in a push net when we were kids holidaying at abersoch
